Consone is the result of two like-minded construction professionals bringing together Architecture, Project Management, Cost Management, and Contract Administration under one roof. 

We believe that creating your dream home should be an exciting, rewarding experience—not a stressful management burden. Our mission is to de-risk the design and construction process by bringing professional, commercial-grade project controls to the domestic market at an affordable price.

We hold a plethora of experience across both commercial and residential projects, with a shared belief: beautiful buildings are underpinned by a clear understanding of people, place and budget.

As a creative realist, Wayne’s project management style is based on a combination of process, practicality and reality.

Wayne has extensive experience in both domestic and commercial environments, working on a variety of projects from house extensions to high end multi million pound developments.
